Constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. Our trainers will take you through a anaerobic workout at an anaerobic pace. Squats and push-ups will be performed not as a weight exercise but as quickly as possible.
We train the body as a unit. Not as pieces and parts. Our exercise regimen ALSO consists of cardio, calisthenics, core conditioning, stretching, plyometric drills, and much more. We cater to the beginner as well as the fitness enthusiast.
We cater to the beginner and challenge the fitness enthusiast. You will never feel left behind or bored with our daily fitness routine. Our program gives the client levels in which they can challenge themselves and expand their fitness program weekly as their strength and physical abilities increase. Fitness safety is our number one priority and you will “never” be asked to perform more than you are capable of doing.
