Is running involved in the fitness program? If so, approximately how far?

Running is a cardio activity. Are you required to run 5 miles? Absolutely not. If you are not a runner, that’s okay. We have participants that walk, jog, do both. On the flip side we have girls that sprint. Our camps are not a competition and everyone works out at their own pace. We meet twice a week and Tuesday’s we are cardio based but that does not mean we run every Tuesday. Hope to see you in camp!
