Once you train with me for “4″ weeks you will never have the desire to return to the gym because the same-ole workout will bore you to tears!!!  Get off the boring treadmill and Join US, it’s time to KICK IT UP A NOTCH!

I  take the average person and turn them into an athlete!  All fitness levels welcome and guaranteed to be CHALLENGED!

I use Functional Fitness and mix it with Boot Camp Style Cardio.  It’s a workout for all levels and

“YOU” can make it as intense as you can physically handle.

    Is running involved in the fitness program? If so, approximately how far?

    Hi Loretta!
    Running is a cardio activity. Are you required to run 5 miles? Absolutely not. If you are not a runner, that’s okay. We have participants that walk, jog, do both. On the flip side we have girls that sprint. Our camps are not a competition and everyone works out at their own pace. We meet twice a week and Tuesday’s we are cardio based but that does not mean we run every Tuesday. Hope to see you in camp!
